Brooke Secola is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. 

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Brooke was an Associate at Waller Helms Advisors, where she played a key role in transaction execution across a range of financial services verticals, with a primary focus on insurance distribution and services, as well as wealth management. She joined Houlihan Lokey following its acquisition of Waller Helms in 2024.

Earlier in her career, Brooke held internships in private equity and investment management. At PPM America, Inc., she worked as a Private Equity Intern, contributing to fund-of-funds investment strategies and portfolio management. She also served as a Credit Analyst Intern at Legal & General Investment Management America, where she focused on credit risk analysis for institutional portfolios.

Brooke earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Indiana University and is based in Chicago.
